Since its launch in 2013, Shelborn has focused on identifying and delivering exceptional commercial office investment and development opportunities that create lasting value for its clients.

The company is headed by Brian Rabinowitz who has been working in the commercial property market for over 20 years. Brian trained as a lawyer and practiced in a West End commercial firm for 6 years before joining Schreiber Holdings Limited to head up its commercial property division.

At Shelborn, we provide a fully integrated property investment and management service that covers every stage of the asset lifecycle. Our expertise spans the identification and evaluation of investment opportunities, acquisition negotiations, active asset and property management, development and refurbishment, marketing, funding, leasing, and ultimately, the strategic disposal of assets. This end-to-end capability allows us to manage each project with precision, efficiency, and a clear focus on long-term value creation.
