Shelborn Asset Management Limited was launched in March 2013 to identify commercial office investment/development opportunities on behalf of clients.

The company is headed by Brian Rabinowitz who has been working in the commercial property market for over 20 years. Brian trained as a lawyer and practiced in a West End commercial firm for 6 years before joining Schreiber Holdings Limited to head up its commercial property division.

Shelborn offers a comprehensive service including identification of opportunities, negotiating the acquisition of the properties, asset management and property management, development/refurbishment, marketing, funding, leasing and ultimate disposal.

Our philosophy is to identify opportunities where we can create added value rather than being passive investors. We do this by clearly understanding the macro and micro markets in which we are investing, finding the edge and maximizing it.
